This engaging course for children and teens focuses on creativity and exploration of the endless possibilities offered by clay and mosaic art. Participants will learn essential hand-building pottery techniques such as coil building, pinching, slab construction, and sculpting a variety of forms — from bowls and cups to figures and artistic sculptures.
Clay is used as a versatile medium to create realistic, imaginative, and abstract artworks. Alongside pottery, children are introduced to basic mosaic techniques, working with diverse materials including ceramic tiles, glass, and stones. Students will design and craft ornaments, figures, and portrait pieces in both classical and contemporary styles.
Through the use of professional tools and guided instruction, children develop their own unique artistic style. The course encourages experimentation by combining different materials and techniques, helping each student create personal artworks that reflect their individuality.
All materials and tools are provided as part of the course fee.
